Almost every aspect of structural steelwork revolves around a solid 3D model generated by the SDS/2 Detailing Module, widely recognized as the most advanced computerized steel detailing system.

Connections can be designed and certified according to engineering specifications, complying with AISC/CISC regulations. Shop drawings and erection plans are automatically produced by SDS/2 with customized formatting; other deliverables include various reports and material lists, import/export files to interface with external ERP and CNC systems.

Fabrication is the process used to manufacture steelwork components that will, when assembled and joined, form a complete structure. Using steel sections sourced from local steel merchants and working from the detail drawings components are cut, drilled and welded into transportable components. Each component has a unique number and is marked for easy identification.
